Pub Refurbishment and Maintenance Contract

Since October 2015 we have been working along side the primary maintenance contractor for a large brewery chain covering in excess of 250 public houses in the wider midlands region.

This has included emergency reactive works where a swift attendance is required to get the pub back up and running, through to planned maintenace and inprovement works. This has included:

• Toilet / bathroom refurbishments
• Internal building fabric improvments and decorations
• Re decoration of customer areas
• Replacement of outdoor decked area
• Window and door replacements
• Renewal of roof coverings
