The works included a full strip out of all existing seating and tiered levels of flooring to create a flat level floor space to create a fresh new teaching room. This included applying a 60mm deep latex and chipping floor infill system to restore the surface of the flooring to match the levels of the surrounding areas.
We carried out a full strip out of the suspended ceiling and reinstated with new, put in place a new stud wall to the rear of the room and installed boxing around the perimeter of the room to allow for a much tidier work space covering existing iron heating pipework.
The room had a full redecoration, new blinds installed and the carpets replaced.
