Refurbishment of Lecture Theatre MN110

• Full strip out of existing finishes and fixed furniture;
• Dry lining and re-plastering of walls;
• New 2^nd fix joinery items; oak skirtings, bespoke writing desks and photocopier booth etc;
• Full redecorations of both areas;
• Installation of complete suspended ceiling system;
• Installation of new carpet flooring to architects bespoke design;
• Undertake Principle contractor Role and co-ordinate all trades on site including universities own services contractors and fixed furniture contractors.
